Job Description


Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking to hire a Store Manager in the follow locations: Sisseton and Redfield, South Dakota, and West Bend, Wisconsin. This position is responsible for maximizing the store's sales, profit and customer service objectives through the effective management of store teammates. This candidate will ensure that the store meets all operational and merchandising goals.


  • Provide leadership for the store team.
  • Engage in coaching and provide team support daily.
  • Organize and implement store policies.
  • Analyze and synthesize financial reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Engages professionally with customers to meet their needs.
  • Drives and analyzes the store's sales and profits through effective techniques.


  • 3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment required.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant business field or equivalent experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedules.
